Terms of Service
Last updated: July 14, 2026
1. Agreement to These Terms
Welcome to Mock Interview Pro. The Mock Interview Pro website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services") are owned and operated by Mock Interview Pro, LLC, a United States limited liability company ("Mock Interview Pro," the "Company," "we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the platform. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with us.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of our Services, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to disable any user account at any time in our sole discretion for any reason, including if we believe that you have violated these Terms.
4. Use of the Services
Our Services provide AI-powered mock interviews, practice questions, and feedback to help you prepare for job interviews. You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
• Use our Services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services
• Use our Services to impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account
• Use the Services to collect or store personal data about other users without their express consent
• Copy, scrape, or harvest content from the Services through automated means, or use the Services or their output to develop a competing product
5. AI-Generated Content
The Services use artificial intelligence to generate interview questions, conduct mock interviews, and provide feedback, scores, and coaching suggestions ("AI Output"). AI Output is generated automatically and is provided for informational and practice purposes only. It does not constitute professional career, legal, or hiring advice, and it may contain inaccuracies or reflect limitations of the underlying models.
We make no representation or guarantee that use of the Services will result in any particular interview performance, job offer, or employment outcome. You are solely responsible for how you use AI Output and for the decisions you make based on it.
6. Practice Sessions and Recordings
Certain features of the Services involve capturing and processing your voice and, where you enable your camera, your video during practice sessions and mock interviews. This audio and video is processed — including by the third-party AI and communications providers we use to operate the Services — in order to run your sessions and generate transcripts and feedback. How we handle this data is described in our Privacy Policy.
By starting an audio or video session, you consent to this capture and processing. Do not include in your sessions any information you are not comfortable submitting to the Services.
7. Payments
Some of our Services require payment of fees. By purchasing our paid Services, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase, including the duration of access where a purchase grants access for a limited period.
Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars. You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with your use of the Services.
We use Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to process payments. Your payment information is subject to Stripe's privacy policy and terms of service.
8. Intellectual Property
The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Mock Interview Pro, LLC, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial interview preparation. These Terms do not grant you any other right, title, or interest in the Services or their content, features, or functionality.
9. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services, including your interview answers, session audio and video, résumé and career information ("User Content"). By providing User Content to the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content in connection with providing and improving our Services.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the User Content or have the right to use it and grant us the rights as provided in these Terms, and (ii) your User Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or any other rights of any person.
10. Suggestions and Feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or other feedback about the Services, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use that feedback for any purpose, without any obligation or compensation to you.
11. Third-Party Services
The Services rely on third-party providers — such as payment processors, AI model providers, and audio/video infrastructure — and may contain links to third-party websites, including job postings you connect to your account. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services or content, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or where necessary to protect the Services or other users. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ALL AI OUTPUT, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
14. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mock Interview Pro, LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or of any rights of a third party.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You and the Company agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at the address below before initiating any formal proceeding.
17. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website. By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
